Physical ReEducation - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By engaging in personal training services with Physical ReEducation, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services:

Physical ReEducation provides personal training services, including but not limited to mobility training, strength and conditioning, weight loss/gain programs, and group fitness sessions.

3. Withdrawals and Cancellations:

  • Clients must provide at least two (2) hours' notice for any session cancellation or withdrawal.
  • Cancellations or withdrawals made within two (2) hours of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the class credit or session fee.

4. Financial Transactions:

  • All financial transactions, including payments for sessions and packages, will be processed over the phone or in person through Title Boxing Club - Shreveport, LA.
  • Physical ReEducation is not responsible for any transaction errors or disputes handled through Title Boxing Club - Shreveport, LA.

5. Management of Customer Expectations:

  • Physical ReEducation strives to provide accurate information; however, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in our website content or training materials.
  • While we aim for continuous website availability, we are not responsible for any website downtime or technical issues.
  • Clients acknowledge that fitness results vary and are dependent on individual effort and adherence to training programs.
  • The client accepts that there are inherent risks to any fitness program and releases physical reeducation from liability of injury.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property:

  • All content provided by Physical ReEducation, including training programs, website materials, and educational resources, is protected by copyright.
  • Clients may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of Physical ReEducation's content without explicit written permission is prohibited.
  • If any permitted adaptation of Physical ReEducation's content is made, proper attribution must be given.

7. User Behavior:

  • Clients agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during training sessions and on our website/social media platforms.
  • The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: 
    • Unlawful or lewd behavior.
    • Posting or transmitting promotional materials, spam, or unsolicited content.
    • Harassment or discrimination of any kind.
    • Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
  • Violation of any of these terms can and may result in the forfeiture of Client's remaining session credits and payments.

8. Account Disablement:

  • Physical ReEducation reserves the right to disable or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to repeated cancellations, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment.
  • Physical ReEducation retains the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:

  • Physical ReEducation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. 
  • Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 

10. Governing Law:


  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Physical ReEducation - Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Physical ReEducation. We strive to provide excellent personal training services. As our services are primarily training-based, our return and refund policy focuses on pre-paid packages and merchandise (if applicable).

1. Training Packages (Pre-Paid Sessions):

  • Terms of Refund: Refunds for unused, pre-paid training packages are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Reason for Refund: Acceptable reasons for a refund may include: 
    • Documented medical reasons preventing continued training.
    • Relocation outside of our service area.
    • Significant changes to our service offerings.
  • Process for Refund: 
    • To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email at paten.allen@yahoo.com or by phone at (318) 707-1247.
    • Provide your name, contact information, details of your purchase, and the reason for your refund request.
    • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Process of Refund: 
    • If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your pre-paid package, minus any applicable administrative fees.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

2. Merchandise (If Applicable):

  • Terms of Return: Merchandise (e.g., apparel, training equipment) may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • State of Return: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Reason for Return: Acceptable reasons for return include: 
    • Damaged or defective items.
    • Incorrect items received.
    • Size exchanges (subject to availability).
  • Process for Return: 
    • Contact us via email at paten.allen@yahoo.com or by phone at (318) 707-1247 to initiate a return.
    • Provide your name, contact information, order number, and the reason for your return.
    • We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
    • The customer will pay for return shipping.
  • Process of Refund: 
    • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-10 business days.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. General Notes:

  • Physical ReEducation reserves the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not comply with this policy.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed training sessions.
  • All refunds are processed through Title Boxing Club - Shreveport, LA.
